Why won’t anyone answer their phone? I had a package misdirected here and it’s been sitting at your warehouse for almost a month. Can’t get the automated service to respond because the tracking info says it hasn’t been received despite it showing it’s at your warehouse! These contained Christmas gifts!

Well, all your bad reviews and they STILL havent listened...The cork saulkers have had my package for a WEEK...what the phlock are they doing down there? Are they on constant break from 8 to 5? Bunch of incompetant losers....except WE are the losers...I will NEVER order or send anything from this sorry arse location again

This location apparently has a blanket policy to refuse to deliver to locations, and to lie and be untruthful about those deliveries. They stated they tried to make a delivery, RING video says otherwise. Now it's marked "Held at customer request". Strange as the customer I didn't make this request. All these ambulance chasing lawyers should start suing for out right fraud until they are no more.

Wow ! Looking over the reviews for this location---and they are not good ! I am waiting for a package to ship to Ohio, and it has been sitting at this post office location in Kentucky for 8 days now ! When will it be on it's way to me ? Unbelievable service---the worst !

My blood pressure medicine has been sitting at this post office since 11/24/21. I reported it and now recording states it as resolved. I still do not have my medication. I have been out since 11/29. They do not answer the phone at this post office - only recorded message to do the same thing I have already done. Still no medication. This is extremely frustrating. I have called my RX provider and requested they no longer use this post office as they have multiple issues with delivering packages in a timely matter if they are delivered at all.

What in the world is going on at this post office?! I order jewelry supplies from Turkey. My orders are processed and shipped out that day, or the following day. They arrive quickly to the US, usually 1-2 days, then the breakdown happens in Hebron, which for the life of me, I can't understand why they go there at all. The packages stall for at least 5 days before moving on to their destination. Not thrilled. If you are having a shortage of employees, then understandable, but this should be fixable.

Aliexpress package went to Hebron, KY after clearing customs. It underwent some sort of issue there where the tracking reports that the delivery address was changed. It was then "delivered" in Hebron, KY. No more tracking issued. It was supposed to come to NW Arkansas. I have been in business with this AliE seller for almost two years, they are very professional and DID not put the wrong address as USPS claims. Something fishy is going on at the postal centers in Hebron as is clear by the multitude of complaints listed online, yet USPS denies it is them. I suspect many of these packages tumble around here and are or WERE eventually delivered several weeks late - BUT now they are marking them as delivered and the rightful recipients are left in the dark with no way to advance a case, investigation, or interception of the packages because they were "delivered". USPS claims the package was not even addressed to me which is very suspicious given that the package recipient was changed upon arrival in Hebron. What is going on??

Looks like your post office in KY are incompetent! I, too, am still waiting on a package that was brought to the Hebron, KY PO on OCTOBER 4, 2021 and states it is out for final delivery. WELL WHERE IS IT AT???!!! I ordered on Sept 1st, was shipped out on Sept 2nd and arrived at Hebron, KY PO on October 4th, 2021 and states it is out for final delivery. YOUR PO SHOULD BE ABLE TO 'TRACK' THE PACKAGE TO WHERE IT ENDED UP AT, AND YOU SHOULD PAY THE SHIPPING TO WHERE IT IS SUPPOSE TO GO TO AT 231 N FRANKLIN ST GREENSBURG, IN 47240 I even have a letterhead letter from the postmaster who also claims they never received this package. Distribution center (in China. I know, buy American) put wrong address on several packages supposed to come to California. Tracking shows packages "delivered" to HEBRON....Now what? they just disappear? Local po says that the packages will be sent back to original store that sent package. I cannot get a refund or resend until store gets the package back. Both sides giving me the run around! Is someone scoring at the Hebron facility?

Why is my package still sitting at this post office since April 14. For 14 days now. I have had packages come from overseas faster than this even during a pandemic. 800 number has so many calls they have a 45 minute to a hour hold time and probably dealing with complaints about this post office and customers packages being held up 2 weeks or more at one location. My mom's blood thinner medication was delivered to Hebron Ky warehouse on 12/16. Still not even scanned in. She is out of medication! When will this be delivered?? Tracking number does not help me since this is not scanned in. DHL assured me that it was delivered to Hebron Ky location.

Same situation as everyone else. My package has been stuck there for over a week when its expected delivery was three days ago. Keep calling the phone, someone picks it up and sets it down. Super frustrating. Going to see if I can file a complaint.

I too am trying to find a box that somehow has been stuck here for nearly a month on it's way from Arizona to Maryland. Both the Maryland post office and I have been calling with no answer. Well, it sounded like someone eventually picked it up then hung up.

I too seem to have a package that has been lost in the abyss that is the Hebron, Kentucky post office. I have had a package there for over a week now with absolutely no updates. Like others, my package was moving along and on time until it reached this point and now - nothing. I was content to wait for a couple of more days until I read the other comments on this site. I opted for a replacement order instead. I normally never leave comments, but felt I needed to add my experience to this growing list.

Package shows delivered the Hebron location on Nov 8, 2020 and as yet to leave your facility. I have been calling your postal office non-stop and the phone only rings and then someone picks it up and lays it down. I am a Gov employee myself and I will be filing a complaint and reaching out to see what actions can be taken.

Apparently, I'm not the only one who cannot get a package delivered through Hebron. They don't even answer their phone. My "proof of delivery"receipt was signed by a postal worker at their Hebron Carrier Annex! Now they cannot find it.....

What is the deal with package deliveries? I had something shipped from Columbus on 8/28 and was in Hebron the next day, and it still hasn't been delivered! My mother however is getting packages everyday from all over to the same address. I also have a meds package thats been sitting at hebron for 8 days now. Both packages left the cincy distribution center the same time, so where is the truck??? Don't you do the trucks in order? This is beyond frustrating! Had a package (4" x 6" x 7" heavy) crammed into the tiny end of street cubby mailbox along with a lot of mail; card damaged as was other envelopes; you'd think they could put it in the larger box to the side instead of damaging your other mail. BTW, they don't answer the phone at all and the 800 # is additionally worthless.

Worst post office ever! Staff is totally disrespectful! Dropped off our wedding invitations the other day and they returned 15 of them to the return address for not having a stamp when the stamp was on the other side. Also they ran them through the machine and damage most of them when they told us they would hand process them so they wouldn't get damaged.
