I’ve tried to call this post office repeatedly from California. They have responsibility for a Tracked package that might be lost in the mail. They claim the case is resolved: without delivering the package, without giving me any tracking updates, without apparently knowing where the package is or will be delivered. And they don’t answer the phone. I can’t very well go to the window as I live in So. California.
I don't know what is going on with our delivery these days but I signed to have a registered letter redelivered and that has been five days ago and I still have not received it. Also some days our mail person does not stop at our boxes. I have put mail in the box to be delivered and it sits there for two days. I wish someone who knows how to run the postal service would be hired.
Bluegrass P.O. offers longer lobby hours and a later last pick-up time than any other branch. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I travel extra miles to reach this branch as they save me time and make mailing a pleasant experience.
Landdowne bluegrass branch. The lune was 10 deep this morning with one person working the counter. The self service machine in the lobby would not print stamps. Guess I better get back in that line.
Why has the mail delivery time on Old Tate’s Creek Road, old Tate’s Creek Court and Lantern Creek Court gone from 1100-1145 am to 630-700 PM? This needs to be corrected ASAP. We have several handicapped and elderly people in our neighborhood that don’t feel safe going to the central mailboxes after dark since winter is coming on. Please fix this problem!!!!
RE: Outside mail boxes. I am handicapped to the point I cannot get out of the car without a cane and an oxygen tank. Therefore the outside mailboxes are very important to me (and I am sure to others). Last night I came there to mail 4 letters. I discovered that even though I am 5'8" tall, I could not reach the slot to drop my letters in the box while seated in my car. I was then too close to the box to even think about getting out of the car to mail them. Later that evening as I was running an errand I went by the Duke Road post office and what a heavenly gift. They have a large mailbox similar to yours yet not up so high that it is only usable by boys in their big trucks and was very easy to reach from a car window. Can't you put at least one lower one like theirs among the giants you now have? It would certainly be a godsend to a lot of people other than myself, I am sure.
Thank you for your consideration.
If I order anything they will deliver it to my apartment leasing office and not give me a notification of any kind. There’s not a note in my mailbox or on my door. I guess they have a new person working on my route because this wasn’t an issue until a few months ago.
