I have called this post office over 30 times today with no answer! Absolutely pathetic and unprofessional!

I have been sending envelopes to our office in Louisville with a tracking number. Yesterday the clerk said I "had" to use certified mail. No one is in the office to sign and she said that 'certified mail was the ONLY way". I did not have the previous receipts with me, but once I got home I have proof. Two weeks worth. Also - they DO NOT EVER answer their phones.

I've called this post office several times from 3 to 4:30 this afternoon and they will not answer and I needed them to the Dress the mistake they made when shipping my item. Don't use this post office.

Is it policy for mail carriers who deliver mail by car/van to NOT deliver mail if a car or a garbage van is in front of mailbox? Or are they just lazy
