Postal Locations

The service here is horrible. I waited ½ hour before anyone came to the window. The next time I I have a package here I will assume from the beginning it is lost.

Have not received mail for a week. Contacted post office.. This happens frequently because they can't seem to keep our security door key. Not very helpful at all!!!!

We are not getting our mail! Today we got 2 of our neighbors' mail! Who is getting our mail?! We have no idea! This is dangerous in this day and age, as we know for a fact some of our neighbors are thieves! They can now be getting our personal information delivered right to their mailboxes! Take some pride in your job, and do it correctly, please! I wouldn't do this to you!

They never answer the phone at the Ann shire post office I literally been calling daily and the phone just rings

Please have your delivery people come in & pick up our mail today. Half the time they don't come. We have a bunch of mail that is not ours & some other mail that needs to be picked up

Why are packages and letters often not arriving at an address in the Dorsey Lane area in Louisville, Ky? One gift package mailed in May, still has not arrived (July 21) Sometimes it takes 6 to 7 days for mail from the South Dakota to arrive. I don't think the letter carrier in that area knows the territory or is just plain careless!!!!!!!!!!!!
