Postal Locations

I have 2 packages that are delayed. The tracking #'s 9534613254030328825074 and 9505513254040336678778. Can I come pick these up at the post office near me? If so, which post office should I pick up at and what do I need with me?

My mail is not being forwarded to 18 Vera Cruz, Ft Pierce Florida. I tried to call the local Fern Creek office and was hung up on. I no longer reside at 8820 Pennsylvania Run Road, Louisville Kentucky. Please discontinue delivering mail to that address and send it to the Florida address!!!

Bought something for thanksgiving had it shipped delivered date was today 24 it was sent to fern creek post office and I live right down the street but they sent it to Henryville IN why someone tell me now I will not get my package for thanksgiving and I paid for it.

Not understanding why we our not getting mail - days will go by w/o anything which is not typical. Receiving things months late or not at all. What is going on with the US post office? Tried to call and inquire about mail issues but no answer p multi attempts.

They never answer the phone and are not friendly.Why have a phone number if you have no intention of answering it!

Fern Creek is the WORST post office, they have the WORST MANAGER AND CARRIERS WHO DO NOT CARE!!! NEVER NEVER answer the phone, my nail, especially important and confidential mail, never the junk mail is always delivered to the wrong address! In a totally different neighborhood!! Lucky for us the people who receive our mail care and call us to come get it. How hard can it be to take the time to READ the address?! It seems you do not have to be able to read to work at this post office! Have complained about this for years still nothing done about it just a bunch of lip service! If they could turn all that lip service into their delivery service we wouldn’t have a problem. Would rather have talked to someone than post this but they don’t answer the phone tried for days!! Can’t go there in person because of social distancing.

40291- mail not being picked up, not being delivered, when mail carrier do come it is well after 5 pm, getting others mail; what happened to the dependability of US Postal Service?

We have the worst mail service in our subduvision been waiting in Unemployment check that was mailed in the 20th it is now the 29th comung from Frankfort. Tonight we had 3 mail trucks in our little subdivision I received my mail minus my check at 8:00 pm. A few weeks ago while also waiting in my check 8 days later from the date mailed out I see our mailman at 9:00 pm this is unacceptable I left at 3:30 to ho to store and the mailman was at the end of my block but I didn't receive my mail for 4 1/2 hrs.

My tracking number states my package was out for delivery at 8:43 AM on 10/19/2017. It is now 6:08 PM and the post office is closed. Still no package or mail delivered today! So what gives here??

I was sitting in my living room this morning when i saw my MAIL Carrier pull to my box. Then i noticed he was filling out one of those pink notices to come TO the post office to pick up a package or certified letter when NO ONE is Home. He never even attempted to get out of truck.NOT COOL. Could someone PLEASE address accordingly. THANKS IN ADVANCE.
