I absolutely hate that my mail has to go through this location. I’ve had 3 packages sitting at this location for 3 days (with no movement) that was supposed to already been delivered! I have contacted the corporate office about this situation. I wish they’d answer there phone so I can come pick up my packages myself, since they clearly are in no rush to get them to me.

I sent out my taxes certified and they have been sitting in the mail facility since the 20th it’s been over a week and I’m wondering if they deliver mail in Kentucky or maybe not? I sent it certified so now I’m gonna have to fight with the government not to pay penalties because they don’t know how to read and deliver mail in Kentucky really?!

I sent taxes certified mail, it took a month to get to the Louisville, KY post office and now just says it's sitting there waiting for someone to pick up. The IRA said they don't pick up certified mail, the post office has to put it in their box, don't know which one is right but in the meantime, my taxes are just sitting there in the Louisville Post Office. I've sent my taxes certified mail every year and never had this problem. One of my relatives sent in this year certified and was delivered, don't know what's going on at this post office but USPS needs to be more responsible with people's taxes.

I have not received mail for over 2 weeks..went to my post office on Crums Lane and the said my carrier had surgery and the Sub did not show up. They checked in the back and found my stack of mail-which contained a TAX notice with a deadline. While there, another person came in with the same issue. This is not ok!!!

I mailed six bills on April 1. Discovered yesterday that none of them had been received. I had to stop payment on checks at $32 each in order to pay the bills by today, April 15, to avoid paying a $40 penalty on each. Just curious that all six are unaccounted for.

Sent a letter addressed to person who still lives at address and previously received mail only to have it returned to me a month later. Maybe your employees cannot read cursive? Unbelievable and horrible. Now I am forced to re-send priority with tracking numbers.

A thief has been able to steal mail that is deposited into the mailbox that sits on the curb at 26th Street and Bank Street in the Portland area of Louisville, KY 40212. Please USPS look into the matter and make the mailboxes safe.

Where is my mail? I have not had a delivery since Saturday January 16. No delivery through January 20. Expecting important business mail. This keeps happening. When my usual carrier is off on Tuesdays, we just have no mail delivery on my street.

I bought a gift on cyber Monday today is Christmas Eve and no gift. The USPS needs to be shut down. They obviously cannot handle the job they are paid very well to do. It’s time for FedEx or UPS to take over. I’m glad it wasn’t something important like a few hundred dollar gift for my son to put under the Christmas tree this year. Oh wait it was. You people should be ashamed of yourselves.

I sent a priority package that was supposed to be delivered on Monday the 14th of December, to Cincinnati Ohio,why hasn’t it moved ...and why is it sitting in Louisville KY?!!!Don’t give me the covid story ...when I sent a priority package back in sept from Missouri to Kentucky ,and it got there in 2 days !!!Just deliver my package ,pretty simple 🤷🏻♀️

Packages are sitting at main USPS for 2-3 weeks at a time! I understand that Trump dropped a grenade in the system by having his puppet DeJoy cut overtime and remove sorting machines, but what is happening n Louisville is just insane! Destroying our business! Nobody will tell us what is going on! This has to stop! We can't wait for a stimulus bill with McConnel in the middle of it! Please rise up people and demand USPS receive the money it urgently needs to stop this nonsense! And at Christmas!

I ordered blood pressure medicine on 09/06/2020, It arrived in Louisville at 10:26 am on 10/09/2020 and then at 4:06 pm the same day it was sent to Lexington. It is now 09/18/2020 and it is still in Lexington. This is blood pressure medication! Tracking #9374820611100399300091.

I mailed two cards a week ago today from the Austin ,IN post office. All that mail goes thru the Louisville , KY office. One card was to go to Cincinnati, Oh and one to Belle Vernon , PA. It had been a whole week. What can I do to locate cards ?!

The mailbox located at the corner (sort of) of 6th and West Main Streets is always stuck closed. It was stuck at 4:40 on 2/26 and still is (last pick-up is supposed to be at 5:00 which was obviously not done.) I have seen when mail carrier emptied it before that it has two bins in it (it is a wide box) and the bins have a gap between them and items get stuck. This box is downtown Louisville used by attorneys, accountants, etc. and needs to be functioning. Please make a change to this box and be sure carrier picks up at 5:00 as indicated. This is a huge, huge problem for all of us in the area.

got a question I am moving April 2 2019 (out of state) and right now I do not have yet a mailing address to sent my mail too. Someone bought my house. I am looking at putting my mail in a P.O. Box until I can give the postal service my forward address. When do I need to get an P.O. Box ? Do I get the P.O. Box at the post office on Gardiner Lane or the one on Jefferson Blvd? Thank you

please bring all packages and mail you may have for Richmond, KY 40475-1375 in. I ordered a coat prepaid and it was to be delivered on Feb. 2, 2018 piroty mail , I have not received it yet. How is it that they have to deliver package and mail to the students that live on my street and workers, why is their mail more than any one elses?

I mailed a 2 day priority package from Lyndon KY on July 10. It has never arrived at its destination in Houston TX. This was a fairly large box which had toys inside. I was in Houston all last week. Three little girls didn't their gifts because this package never left Louisville and is apparently lost.

This post office is THE WORST. Their machine is always broken and when it does work it gives you the tracking number for a different transaction. Mail is always delivered late, to the wrong house, etc. It is safe to say someone in that office has it.

I mailed a birthday card at the Fern Creek Post Office on Friday morning September 9. It was going just down the street to Glenmary Estates and I wanted it to be there by Monday September 12. It still has not arrived. It was properly addressed, had a stamp and was very legible. I can't understand how something could get lost in the mail no further than it had to travel. I'm very upset because the card was going to my granddaughter who now thinks Grandma and Grandpa forgot her. I had to mail it because we were on our way out of town.
