No mail service today on June 15th no one picked up my mail at 5402 Crosstree Place 40229

No mailman around Wippoorwill / Mason Ave in days… what’s going on??!!?

I just spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to get a hold of the post office to no avail my mailman came sit down at the end of the Street then he just drove away today it's not the first time it happens quite regularly nobody on the street got mail there's probably 80 to 120 people what the hell's going on this is b******* 9715 door avenue 40229

Called the Okolona Post Office got the robot online was as helpful as a toothache and still my mail has not been picked up or delivered. There are bills and other things left in mailboxes that are important and need to be picked up this has happened twice now. Never had a problem before. Before you raise stamps maybe you need to check service first.

I live at 5301 Carolina Crossings Way, number #206, I receive mail for 5300 number 206 today and my mail was in her mailbox. I am expecting some important paperwork and this really concerns me that my mail is being delivered to the wrong address I have tried calling and never get an answer

Mailman needs to close my mailbox. Nail is always dripping wet. I told him once or twice. He's a new carrier. Don't know what the problem is. Thank you kindly for your concern

Countless times have I tried to use Package Pickup that is offered to us. I run a small business from my home and NEED packages to go out in a timely manner. I schedule a pickup and they NEVER get it. I've contacted USPS customer service so many times I can't even count. I've drove up there to the post office and physically talked to someone in charge about this issue. STILL NOTHING GETS DONE. IF YOURE NOT GOING TO PICK UP MY PACKAGES THAT IVE SCHEDULED TO BE PICKED UP, DONT OFFER IT!! I don't believe this is my carrier's fault. I believe a supervisor just doesn't give her the print outs of said SCHEDULED pickups. Beyond irritated and wish my local post office wasn't this one. Horrible.

My mother has been trying since August to get approval for me to put a mail box on her house instead of the street. She is disabled and can't walk to the street. She provided letter from doctor verifying as much. Recently she has fallen and cracked a bone in her leg. So now she really can't walk. She has to rely on neighbors to bring mail to her. They do when they think of it but alot of days they don't. I will put mailbox up, they don't need to get out of jeep. I know others who have had this done, no problem. So why is it now?

I think it is terriable that I had to pay 24.99 for a address change and I went on postal web site when I hit address change I entered my information and was shocked that I was being charged 24.99 to process my change of address by the uspo

I put in an address change to forward my (temp closed) business mail to my home through the last day in May. It worked the first week or so, then I stopped getting any mail except the weekly ads at home. Today, stopped by the business and was handed a bundle of mail going back about 3 weeks. It included unemployment claims I needed to return, business notices from the state, and of course bills. I am really upset about my furloughed employees not getting a check because of this. And you won't answer your phone.

I have been waiting for a package delivery for about a month. I spoke with the seller who said it was delivered by USPS on 4/2/2020. I never received this package. I have never had problems with our carrier. The tracking # is 9300190258018919973593. Thank you for your assistance.

I have been trying to reach these people for weeks by phone. They don’t answer their phone. It rings thirty times or so and disconnects. I had mail held there and can’t find out what happened to it.

I have a PO Box at Okolona. I recently installed a mail box at my door. I had contacted the PO to see if I could get door delivery. I was told yes. I talked to the mail man yesterday and told him that I was planning on canceling my box at the p o soon. He informed me he would not deliver to my door. I have spent time and money on my new box. I would like to know why the mixed msgs as when I asked I gave my address and was told I could get delivery to my door. I have seen others that get their mail at their door. I recently have had 2 things that was not delivered. I asked the person at the PO and she said they had not received the mail. I mailed an item and it was damaged in the mail. This is two different incidence that has happened twice. I need some answers.

This is most unfriendly post office in Louisville. I waited over an hour when I had a passport appointment. The “customer service” agent tried to NOT help us. HORRIBLE!!

I sent a small package from Fresh Meadows, NYC on March 5, 2018. It was destined for Louisville, KY by March 8, 2019. Lo and behold, I get tracking alerts telling me that the package in Louisville Post Office, had been sorted and out for delivery on March 7, 2018, then another tracking alert tells me it's been delayed and is still in transit 5 days later. Still no sign of it being delivered. I called the USPS, was given the Louisville Post Office phone number. Nobody picks up. I ended up having to fax my inquiry and still have not received a response via phone. I tried calling the number many times later today (3/12/18) and it was busy every time. The last call I tried to make, I received a message saying the number does not exist. At one time I was a supporter of the Postal Service but lately, the service is terrible. Where i live in NYC, we don't get our mail until between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. Disgusting service.

This place IS CRAP. Never answer phones, carriers are rude as can be. They don’t care. I HOPE YOU ALL LOSE YOUR JOBS FOR BEING THIS CRAPPY

Today I have delivered 6 packages that was left with my one package. I delivered them on Manslick, not my street. The people where I delivered said at least twice a week they deliver letters to other houses. I have been waiting for my credit card bill. I hope someone hasn’t thrown out. This happens often in our Wesley Village . I couldn’t believe six packages.
