Postal Locations

I put in a hold mail and it wasn’t held. I had bought stamps that I never received. Now, if they would have done the hold mail, then I wouldn’t have to go to the PO to get it! Parking where I live is next to impossible! I can’t even get it redelivered ! If they had delivered yesterday the way I asked for my mail to be delivered, I wouldn’t have gotten ALL my mail, I would have intercepted it and would not have to go to PO! I have disabilities and still have to walk far enough , usually with groceries and other things so I just stay in a lot.

Kayla was delivering mail on East 21st Street when my little dog Susie slipped out of the door and started running down the street. I could not get her and was afraid she was going to run into the street. Kayla caught her and returned her safely to me. She is our angel.

I don't know what my post person problem is but it is unprofessional and on going and should be taken care of. This is years of non deliver and false accusations by her. She refuses to deliver my mail starting my dogs are out when they are in my damn house. She is rude and hateful. And lies about how many times ahe attempts to deliver things and I want to know when someone is going to have her held accountable
