i had a package to arrive on feb 26 the little contract girl was so lazy she just put a letter in my mailbox saying SORRY I MIST YOU i was there all day watch her drive by usps charging outrages shipping cost . crooks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These drives ride around in their truck delivering mail to the customers that have mail for the day but don’t check to see if other postal customers have outgoing mail ! Customer Russellville,Ky

Wow, I just called to make an appointment for passports and photos and the guy was so rude (Jeremy) .Jeremy wouldn't make an appointment for me told me I just had to call back in Feb. or why don't you go to Bowling Green or Hopkinsville. If they're that booked up for passports maybe they need to add more hours to do them. I've had to deal with the passport person at this location before and I was almost in tears when I left he was so rude then. Maybe that's why the post office is going broke

I know its nothing like it was when the people that were there retired.Like Brodie, Mr. Bailey, Mabel and all the other nice people that have retired or passed on.
