I am not receiving some mail from financial institutions, the water company, and others. Why is this and what can be done?

The worst experience that I've ever encounter. I mail a priority package from California on 3/15/22, paid $50 and the package has been in processing since 3/17/22 and still has not been delivered. When calling I keep getting the run around. I would like my package processed and delivered ASAP.My case# is 37201453.

The worst customer service I have ever received in my life! If I treated customers with the same disrespect I wouldn't have a job. But as everyone knows nothing will be done about these rude, disrespectful people who work here but it makes me feel better to get it off my chest.

I call every week for sale papers. Why should I have to call for them when they know that I if not anyone else wants theirs I do want mine.

Displeased. Have tried calling multiple times the past week and no one answers the phone. And there is no option to even leave a voicemail message.

I have scheduled a pick up twice! The first time, no one picked up then said it was cancelled. Rescheduled another pick up, no one came again. I checked the status online and it says that they did pick up but there was a discrepancy on the number of packages. That is incorrect! I can count, and I know I have 4 boxes, with detailed instructions given on where they where, which is to the Left as soon as you walk in our building. Very simple, none of the boxes have been picked up yet. And to top it off I have called the Old Hammond USPS location every 10 mins for the last 2 hours, which is who picks up & delivers to this address, and have yet to have a single call answered. Completely and utterly incompitent!!!
