I just received 2 small boxes and the mail lady Stuffed them in my mailbox! I could not get them out. I had to open the boxes inside my mailbox to get my item out! Please do not put boxes in there I thought that you was supposed to bring them to the door if they could not fit Properly!

I live on Hollyvale Dr. in Moss Bluff and haven't received any mail in four days. I don't know what's going on. Not even getting junk mail now.

Postal worker just threw my Amazon packages at my front door. I understand it was raining but i expect better care of my items regardless of weather.

Terrible. I can't even say terrible service because there was NO SERVICE AT ALL. USPS website package tracking issues, so I called. The phone was never answered. I'm not even listening to any BS about COVID, either. Germany officially ended the fake COVID BS last year in November, and here we are in the USA in mid March with clowns like these still making excuses for not providing services paid for by MY taxpayer dollars. TOTAL FACEPLANT. USPS will be completely defunded and will cease to exist at all in the near future because of corrupt and bullheaded bullshit EXACTLY LIKE THIS.

My items do not get delivered to me. They say on my package that I requested to pick it!! Which I never did. Sounds like people are not doing their job and now I have to go out my way to go to the post office and pick my items up!

Most of the time my mail is delivered in a timely manner. However I wish to know by what time the mail is supposed to be delivered? I live in the country and have a long driveway.I check my mailbox just before dark or right at dark and no mail. Sometimes it comes around 8:30 PM or so. I feel it is unsafe for the mail person to be out this late and not safe for myself to walk my long driveway after dark!! Please try to fix this problem.

I got someone else' bank statement in my mail yesterday. Often this happens where I live and important mail gets put in the wrong boxes. Once when i lived out in the middle of nowhere out on Hillery Road in Moss bluff (a 2 hour 15 minute walk to moss bluff), i had no money or transportation or food and was extremely hungry and my sister across moss bluff mailed me $10 cash that never arrived. I called the post office to inquire if it got put in the wrong box and the gentlemen condescendingly told me "You've Got thieves at the post office just like everywhere else!" I was shocked! I thought that they vetted their employees and that you had to be above reproach to work at the post office. I never got the money and suffered for days with no food. I had no way to go to Abraham's tent. The Mail frequently got mixed up there too. In This Day And Age Of Identity Theft, It's a shame that the Moss Bluff Post Office, For Years Now, Has Continually put bank statements and bills and everything else in the wrong mailboxes. I worry every time something important is suppossed to be delivered to me, and people from out of state act like I'm paranoid when i tell them that the mail is always getting put in the wrong boxes! Please Postal employees, you need to be careful! There Are Identity theives out there. Thank You and God Bless!

They could solve this whole mess by firing all the postal employees working there now, and replacing them with immigrants from south of the border. Immigrants from south of the border very much appreciate having a good god, and would make sure that everyone had their mail put into the correct box. And everyone would be happy getting all their and not having to worry about it anymore. And the formerly poor immigrants would have a high paying postal carrier job that they would be very grateful to have and would do an excellent job. Unlike The Slobs Working There Who Keep Mixing Up The Mail!

The Black Lady that delivers Mail in Moss Bluff at 929 Sam Houston Jones Pkwy...needs to be fired..She stuffed a very expensive pillow in my box instead of getting her ass out of the mail truck..haven't opened it yet..she gives me other peoples mail...gives them my mail...I have had enough...I demand she be fired or put somewhere else....my mail from attorney's still hasn't arrived for the second time..it was sent 2 months ago...I will go above and beyond to have something done!!!!

They should replace all the carriers with immigrants from south of the border. Hispanic Immigrants Very Much Appreciate Having A Good Well Paying Job. They Would Do An Excellent job Of Making Sure That Everyone Had Their Mail Put Into the Correct Box. They Would be Extremely Grateful To Be Hired, and Would Show Their Appreciation By Doing The Best job Possible. The Slobs Currently Mixing Up All The Mail Could Go out And get jobs Working At Places Like McDonalds.

I wonder if she's the same one who keeps throwing large envelopes on the ground instead of getting out of the truck and bringing it to the front or back door. I've reported this to the clerk at the post office who said she'd tell her supervisor, but a week later the same thing happened!!! I don't know who they have delivering mail on Hollyvale Drive, but they definitely need to get rid of him or her and hire somebody with enough energy to get out of the truck when something bigger than a mailbox is delivered.

There is an African American woman who drives a mail truck in my neighborhood. She is the one who delivers packages for Amazon. She should be FIRED! Continuously drives 50+ mph around our circle and the speed limit is posted as 10 mph. I have delivery methods set up with Amazon where all of my deliveries are to be brought to my porch/front door area. She does NOT comply with this request. She has literally shoved boxes way too big into my little mail box. Half the time the product is ruined. Other times she gives the notice that driveway is inaccessible when I have been sitting outside and there is literally nothing in no way that can be described as inaccessible. This has happened three times with the same package. Very disgruntled with our Moss Bluff Postal System.
