This place is a train wreck. I don't care if a package is late from what tracking says, but I do have a problem when tracking now says "Your package is available for pickup" without a reason why they didn't deliver it. Then you go in the office, and they say the package is back out for delivery. (Like it should have been in the first place because that's what posts offices do is deliver packages).

Our mail delivery continues to be very inconsistent. Repeated calls, survey feedback and speaking to local Postal Office Supervisor about poor service does not help, We receive a daily email showing the letters we are to receive that day and then we do not receive. I think we do not receive mail 2-3 of the delivery days I am not sure if there is a postal employee shortage or performance issues that are not b

I ordered something on line and it was scheduled for delivery today April 13. Mail delivered was at wrong address and I didn't receive my delivery. Also no mail on Wednesday. Did not hear mail truck. We get mail to wrong address a lot. Never got my order but two pieces at wrong address again.

I have complained in the past about the mail problems. I have the mail put pictures to what is delivered daily. This did ok for awhile and now mail that is supposed to be in the box is not there. Very Frustrating as this leaves information of mine compromised. Also in the outgoing mail ,the mail is not reaching its destination. A letter going to colorado with important stuff has not arrived to the person .after 12 days already. There are cameras and they are being viewed. Why is this happening?

I continue to have trouble with the mail. Missing letters i know were coming. Packages that say delivered but not received. I have cameras and know that there was no delivery. Whats happening to the mail because cameras don't lie. Maybe usps needs to have body cameras also to prove delivery. Everytime a picture is included its never at the right door!! Whats going on? A letter that was supposed to be signed for got stapled to the board 2 weeks had passed. It was time sensitive. Who signed and did not deliver mail?Numerous problems with the mail.I have seen them leave packages on top of the boxes instead of bringing to the door. You need new people!! My complex now has cameras on the mail box also. We will see whos doing this now.

Package was supposed to be delivered Monday, January 11. I got a text in the morning saying the package was out for delivery at 6:10 a.m. and would arrive between 7:30 and 11:30 a.m., well it didn't arrive. Checked with tracking and it says package will arrive by 6:00 p.m., kept an eye out for it, by 7:00 still no package. I get a text saying they tried to deliver it at 6:51 p.m. but couldn't access delivery location, never saw a delivery vehicle and there is no fence or animals to keep them from walking up to my door, all they have to do is park in front of my house and walk right up to my front door. Only thing I can see is that they went to the wrong address, don't know how, receipt from sender has correct name and address. So, I'm at a loss as to what the problem is.

I have been getting regular shipments. Last week I had a key in my mailbox I opened it to get my package I had my package and somebody else’s package was in my box. So I had to bring the package the the right person. Well I got a message saying my package has been delivered. So I went to get the key to the box and it wasn’t in my mailbox. It wasn’t by or near my front door. This person they have delivering packages needs to do better. Now I probably won’t get my pricy item I purchased because of the lack of ability to do their job.

I CONTACTED THE PO ASKING FOR HELP, THEY DELIVERED SMALL PACKAGE TO A PERSON STANDING ON THE STREET AND MARKED DELIVERED I WORK 8-5P AND WAS NOT HOME THEY SHOULD HAVE LEFT IN MY MAIL BOX. I TALK WITH 3 DIFFERENT PO EMPLOYEES WITHOUT A CALL BACK AND THIS MORNING I CALLED AND THE GUY SAID HE WOULD CHEK AND THEN HUNGUP.
