How do I contact the post office if no one answers the phone at the Carrollton branch? Do you have an email address for me to contact you? Can you email me so I can give you my number to contact me? A package was mailed to me, but it went to an address that does not exist, what happens to that package, does it returns to sender?

Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever had. I have a package that is being mailed out there, and they changed the address on me. Then they claimed that the address they changed it to is incorrect. I opened a case over a week ago and have heard nothing back, and have had to call in almost daily to get an update, which are completely unhelpful. The package has been "delivered" 3 or 4 different times, and everytime I try and track it, they give me some other random direction with no idea what is actually happening. I call the facility and the person who answered the phone, Aisha Shultz, kept putting me on hold in the middle of my question. I would literally be in the middle of the question, and she would go "hold on sir", then just mute herself. I called in on another line just to see if I could get an update on how long exactly she needed to put me on hold. What does she do? She says" No sir, you're done." then hangs up on me on both lines."

This mail service is really bad. You guys need to hire more people to delivery mail. There are a lot people looking for jobs. We get our mail every other day. We get packages whenever you decide to deliver it.

The service provided by this facility is terrible. I live within their routes at 2134 Broadway Street, zip code 70118. The daily delivery of mail at my house is spotty at best, sometimes going 2 - 3 days without delivery of mail. I know what mail to expect since I get a daily accounting of it. So it is not as if there is no mail for me on those days, there is! I cannot get anyone to answer at their posted telephone number, either.

Worst post office ever! They keep sending mail to an old address even tho I’ve forwarded my mail and put a hold on it. Terrible customer service in person and they never answer the phone if you call.

No one answers the phone. I've been waiting for two weeks for a package that finally notified me of its arrival and it is NOT in my mailbox. I tried 3 different numbers and all 3 failed to get even a possibility to talk to a person about this. SUCKS!
