No mail delivered for the past 7 days The phone number for the Caron Street office is not functional and there is no replacement phone number. The national number used COVID as an excuse for poor or no service , yet claims that portal delivery is an essential service. I guess I will need to personally visit the postal office to complain and get information that COVID is the culprit

Everyone on Lombard Street between Elysian Fields & St Anthony 70122 have not received mail for the last 4 business days. The mail truck speeds down the street and does not even stop for stop signs. What is the problem with this mail carrier? People in our neighborhood are waiting for medication, packages, mail, etc. , something has to be done. This is ridiculous. Please, who do I need to speak to?

We are all concerned why we have not received our mail on Mithra St. in the 70122 area for 3 days. We are also disturbed that the Postal Office at Louisa Street is closed. 70119. They are not accepting any mail from outside of New Orleans and our mail is being sent back or held up in another location. Our neighbors are waiting for mail from the government and others are waiting on packages for mask and other important items. 70119 is now closed and not even accepting outside mail.. Please try to provide mail service to us b/c we don’t want our mail lost or stolen. We are all concerned why we have not received our mail on Mithra St. in the 70122 area for 3 days.
