Saturday, December 16, 2017 I went to the Mid City Fianance Post Office. I arrived at 11:30 a.m. Due to the increased holiday shipping the line was long and extended outside the service counter area and into the lobby. The enter door was locked, so I used the exit door to enter the services area because I needed toget a box to mail package. The Postal Worker behind the counter informed that I owuld need to leave because she had locked the door was not serving anyone outside the main service area. I explained I jsut wanted a box. She said, "Well, you still have to pay for it. So you can't get it today." I asked, "What about all the people waiting in line in the lobby?" She replied, with a shrug of her shoulders, "I can't help what they do." Needless to say, I went to UPS and mailed my package that day. The UPS worker told me he would be fired he turned away business and treated customers in that manner.

On Oct. 31, 2016 I sent a package of baby clothes to 22193 by standard mail not knowing standard meant ground. But that shouldn't have mattered. The package was scanned at the counter and that was the end of my package. That was the only scan & my package never was accounted for - because that lady who took the package stole it. I know she did because the spirit of guilt was all over her when I went in to inquire. She was the one & only person who handled that package and she stole.
