This post office is pathetic. Always have neighbor's mail in my box and mine delivered to various houses in my area. Forget getting something certified. Even if we are home we have notice left stating no one home- undeliverable. Just had an Amazon package delivered that had been opened...not torn...opened. One of the items in the package had also been cut open...again not torn. Called to file a complaint and was told that issue is not to be put on the postal service. The postmaster refused to accept the complaint...unbelievable!

I have had bills to be mailed in my mail box with the red flag up for three days now. They are still there. I watched the carrier yesterday turn and not even come towards my home. They either don’t know their route or they are very lazy.

What the hell has happened to Prairieville Post Office? I sell on Ebay and I NEVER know if my boxes will be picked up or not!! Horrible service ….I am pretty sure the new post master has something to do with this.I have been using them for 10 years and it has gone to crap. This has just recently been a huge problem...I will be looking into new carriers which would make yall so happy because your work load would go down... t
