Terrible service. No one ever answers the phone! You can call several times in a row or space the calls out and no one will answer the local number. Then call customer care toll free number is a worse nightmare as you scroll the all that is needed only to get NO assistance.

Awful service in our neighborhood. Your website said you delivered on February 23, 2022, but was not delivered until today March 4, 2022.All my neighbors have been complaining about multiple lost or late delivery of packages! Provenance Neighborhood in Shreveport, Louisiana. And our postman drives like Mario Andretti through our streets. We have a lot of children in our neighborhood and I fear for their lives when he drives that fast. Speed limit is 25.

My mail carrier will not deliver something if it’s raining or if it’s heavy. He puts that it’s undeliverable or there wasn’t access to my driveway, A dog in the yard. I don’t have a dog in the yard. He’s even used the one where he couldn’t get into the gate. I don’t have a gate. I have watched him stop by my house and not deliver things purposely because it was raining. My items have been sent back to Amazon as undeliverable because they were heavy. I’ve made so many complaints over the last year and nothing has been done. Saturday undeliverable packages. It was raining. My mail carrier likes to sit the mail in the rain too. He will not come up my steps and put my stuff by my door he sits it on the bottom step and it doesn’t matter if there’s rain he’s not going to come up those steps. I have had so many packages stuffed in my box that I had problems getting it out. I’ve had damaged packages because of his delivery methods. I’ve also had my mail hanging out into the street because he’s put so much in it to keep from having to come to the door. It’s sad when my UPS guy ask if he can bring my mail up because it’s sticking so far out of my mailbox that it could be hit by a passing vehicle. I don’t know what to do I’ve made so many complaints and it’s never ever been resolved. Better yet I had a mail carrier drive up into my front yard after it had been raining three days and rut my yard up. It had to be pulled out of my yard she had sunk so deep in. I never heard from the post office after they tore my yard up. Yet they were going to pay to repair my yard. It’s gotten so crazy I just don’t wanna deal with them. I wish I could have all my mail delivered by someone else.

We all live on Overton Brooks Rd and it's Tuesday night going on 7pm and we still do not have our mail nor our mail picked up. This is the 3Rd time in a month our mail has not been delivered or picked up. We have always gotten our mail between 1pm-2pm. We are all elderly on this Rd. Every since we got a new carrier our mail delivery is awful and since I made 2 complaints against this carrier for not closing my mailbox he started delivering mail extremely late or not at all (3 times so far) can't remember the first date but the 2nd time was day after Thanksgiving, he did not pick up mail at all. We live in a rural area and on Wallace lake Rd those neighbor's have moved their mailboxes in their yard by their house instead of delivering to the mailbox on the street. Noticed at one house he drives around the house to deliver the mail. It's about 3 or 4 houses that gets their mail delivered in their yard. We all have long driveways and elderly, our mail is delivered on the side of the rd. Why is our mail being delivered so late, or not being picked up at a decent time. This is the first time in 20 yrs that we don't get our mail at a decent hr 1pm-2pm? Ridiculous!!!!!! Is he holding a grudge because we turned him in before? It's 7pm and going to bed. I have driven down to the mailbox 4 times tonight and my going out mail is still in box!!!! Uncalled for!!!
