Been trying to speak to someone from the post office for about 3 months now by phone I would go directly into the post office but work out of town. I misplaced my mail box key and need to get another one. Someone please get in touch with me so I can get a new key. I normally only home on weekends. It's amazing the way that these Mail carriers lie and nobody does nothing to stop it.I had 3 packages coming from Amazon.The USPS delivered the 1st one on Oct 23,the second one was due on the 24th but they said my house and driveway was not accessible?That's odd it was accessible yesterday(23rd) but not one day later???????
I've contacted USPS to make a formal complaint about a very, cold, unfriendly, racist delivery carrier from our local USPS here in Louisiana. I'm not from here, and this is extremely disheartening to see the racism here. Anyway, If you speak, she does not respond at all. I don't know this lady, I've tried to be cordial, and still nothing, so I said never again will I speak to her. About a month ago, she had a field supervisor follow her to deliver my packages. She pulled her USPS work truck into our driveway to deliver packages as the field supervisor or whatever back into the people's house across the street. Today, I intentionally sat and waited for her to deliver a package, and instead of placing it on the ground or chair, she throw it as it. The South is racist, period... I would love is you could give them a thumbs down. I forgot to mention, I guess anything over 7 lbs is too heavy to leave at someone's door, just sad. It's pathic that I'm not receiving my packages all of a sudden. I'm not from this city, nor state, and this is a major eye-opener for those that are intentionally or underline racist, and in this city fueled with ugliness and hate.
Update: 3/14/22 This individual works for the United States 🇺🇸 Post Office. This is an adult with hate, rudeness, etc. Sad, and I'm already tired...

I mailed a letter out about 2wks ago. I remember a Monday was a holiday. Mailed it from vidor tx 2388 N Main St Apt 4103 to 209 S Irwin st Apt 4 sulphur la. And he never received it. Vidor tx post office had called me and it went out from there. There is something in there thts important. Iam very upset about this. My man has been looking in the mail box's all of thm on tht building. And there is only 5 Apts. Plz have someone get ahold of me.

I called the sulphur,la post office and spoke to manager(who refused to tell me his name) and asked about holding a package that was coming today he argued back and forth with me very rudely when I asked for information on tracking and then proceeded to hang up in my face! 08/04/21
Recently a notice of pickup for my package was placed at my old address. It was picked up from the post office by someone. Someone picked it up and no one can tell me who because they didn't get a signature nor did they ask for an ID.
Been tracking a package sunce 2:40 am. Still isnt here. Mail carrier told the neighbor they wasnt coming to our homes to locate this packages destination.. Please help!
