The young man at the service desk was very helpful when I realized I had sealed the information for the return address in the package. He helped me to retrieve the information and prepare the package for mailing. He was very patient with me and I am sure I was not a pleasure to deal with. (It was my own fault for trying to get to much done at once. He should not have had to deal with that) I would like to commend him for his patience and help. It was very much appreciated.
I would like to compliment and thank the post office employees who deliver our mail and who work at the post office. Specifically, we do have a dog and whomever delivers the occasional package to the door apparently remembers hearing her barking and leaves a dog treat for her. Further, once when I was trying to mail a package after-hours a gentleman who was clearly working as a staff person in the outer entryway noted me having some trouble and quite graciously assisted me on how to use the electronic system to send my package. I do hope you will inform the quite professional and quite helpful employees of the Andover Postal Office that their kindness is greatly appreciated.
Had a package go into an old address and the postmaster at this location went out of their way to contact the person living at the old address to grab the package and re-direct package to the original location. Saved me around $1000 and a whole lot of headaches. Thank you
I mailed books only in 7 packages from Andover MA post office. Agent # 14 did a good job, All the boxes were closed and weighted open and then tapped to close. There were only book and shipped to Tucson AZ. one of the box when I opened there were food stuff, creams and many other things, which does not belong to me. please investigate
1. I need my books back and want the other stuff to go the other person,
2. It is not right that someone else stuff packed in my box.
