I had medication delivered which fit in my mail box and i also have a sign that says please put all packages on enclosed porch yet my meds were left on my steps. Everyone is having packages stolen what is wrong hete the mail box was just above that step

i live in an apt building with four floors ,when you first enter there are mailboxes with names to your left. For the past two weeks whomever is delivering the mail to my residence has been mixing all four floors together and leaving the pile on the stairs (including sensitive documents). I am wondering who to bring this attention to because it is very unprofessional and at first glance with junk mail over the pile it appears as trash.
