Extremely Rude , and mishandling mail etc. I paid for the full year to be mistreated by staff. Not getting all my mail. No supervisor to help with issues. FRUSTRATED

I applied for a passport January 13th @ 12:15 with a appointment. The lady was giving me a hard time. Then I received a notice in the mail with my name spelled wrong, stating they didn’t have enough information. I gave the Lady my license and birth certificate witch is enough requirements with explanatory statement for no confusion. It appears they don’t have any of it if they’re spelling my name wrong. If they lost my Certificate of Live Birth it looks like I have a breach of identity lost.
