So for about a week I haven't received any mail in the box and my neighbor's upstairs haven't received any either why is there something going on in my route?
The mail carrier is putting my mail in other tenants mailbox. A check was delivered last month to me and I informed them I didn't receive it. This month check came but it was put in another tenants mailbox and they left on top of the mailbox.
I am notifying the postal service of what is happening to my mails in recent weeks, my mails have been deliver to my next door neighbor and put in the wrong mail box at my house this have been going on for while now, my name is clearly written on my mail box, I will appreciate if the mail carrier does the right thing. so I have been constantly calling the office number. no one seems to pick up the phone. I have a very important package that has been said was attempted to be delivered and was home all day. I'm trying to reach someone so that my order is placed on hold but no one is picking up the phone, I need service immediately.
The Hispanic girl working the counter is very rude and unhelpful to customers. The first time I witnessed this she told a customer "can you hurry up because I have to go" the second time I went in there asking her to help me send a box as I have never sent one before she gave a short answer & was very dismissive. I still did not understand what she was trying to tell me. It was frustrating as a customer & she made me feel stupid for not knowing. Another employee had to help me because she was being rude and unhelpful.
