Postal Locations

I put a mail hold on my address from Aug 18-Sept 2. I have some very important documents coming to my house. I paid for a hold and when I cam back no mail in my box, and the only and best explanation I received for the fact I did not get mail, is the part-time person might have delivered it to my box. However, no mail. I have credit cards, and medical cards coming to the house. This mistake or whatever you want to call it is costing me a lot of money. I am surely not happy, and makes me wonder about the competency of the Postal workers at this Post office. I will never again use a hold service from this post office. My mail is safer in the mail box. Truly not happy and want money for the fee I paid refunded.
