Phenomenal service! I have had nothing but excellent service! In fact, just recently, I had a very important piece of mail delivered, and Vinny and the other staff were incredibly helpful, going out of their way to ensure I got it safely. Including working with my daughter via text to arrange with her to pick it up!! I have nothing but great things to say about the postal staff in East Longmeadow and on the route delivering the mail. Thank you, all of you, for your commitment and hard work.
poor service. we are bit getting our mail here in hampdenMA senior housing and the existing mail person just puts the mail he gets in anyone slot. i cannot get hold of anyone to help with this.. i call 4135665393 and no one ever gets back to mr. Isnt this a federal crime to not get your mailed delivered? It was fine up to two weeks ago. not even getting packages or they go into someone else's mail slot ...
I paid my P.O Box on April 2nd. It's now the 9th and I went thier to get thousand of dollars of mailed in autographs.
It was locked.
I checked online and it said the P.O. Box was paid and open.
I paid $83 to them for this terrible service.
I had a truly wonderful experience with Merta, who completely put my mind at ease over misdirected mail from the IRS. Many thanks to her and all the postal workers in East Longmeadow for the hard work they do.
Terrible experience at East Longmeadow branch. I was 15th in line. Only one person on and she was slow. No sense of urgency. Another woman came on with same attitude and first one left saying she had to deal with something at home. No need to wonder why UPS and FedEx are getting a portion of your business.
I've lived at my address for twenty years, the past nineteen my mail box been on the right side so the carrier just put the mail in it. Now after nineteen years my mail box is to short and not close enough to the road. What is his arms or her arms to short? How much easier do they need it? I think there price for stamps are to high, but will they lower them? Hell NO!
