I paid for a year of having my mail forwarded to my new location in Florida and a whole slew of mail and packages were forwarded to my new location by the new owners. Why did I pay for a service that is poor and non-existant?

You just can’t get any better service than the Bradford Post Office, no matter how busy they are, they are ALWAYS pleasant and can’t do enough for you (whether saving you money, repackaging, info) whatever it may be, they’re simply the best! Especially Steve and Gabriella, who are out front, but phone calls also to the office are handled well, I’m very grateful to have them there, they’re exactly what a post office should be, they’re perfect, thank you for your time and in great appreciation, Susanna Willett, Bradford Ma
Just talking to the mail lady and she advised getting in touch with the Bradford Office. I moved to 38 Hunters Run Place in Haverhill on the 28th. I had notified the USPO of the change during early September. Individual mailings are being changed as I now start to receive forwarded mail. I still am not receiving magazine. Especially Entertainment and Soap Opera Digest which I paid good money to receive. I have notified them of the change of address as well. If they are coming into the Bradford office for delivery I would appreciate their being forwarded to me. Catalogs I don't care if I get them but I do want the magazines. Any help you can give will be ap preciated. I'm missing about 3 weeks on both of the above and I'm not sure if their are any more. Grandkids have fundraisers and I subscribe through them. Thank you for any help you may give me.
