May be it's just me but, every time I go to this post office the red headed girl at the counter is unhelpful and rude. I begin to feel stupid whenever I ask a question about postage; like I'm supposed to know all the fees and services of the USPS. This is why I go to the post office: to get help with my postal needs not left thinking, on my way out, "I've got to go to another post office!". I will now travel the extra miles and go to another office just for 'civil' service.
