I just wanted to recognize one of your employees. His name is Fray and he is our new temporary postal worker. I wanted to let you know you've got a really nice person working for you and he represents the USPS very well. My wife and I had our mailbox get wiped out by a plow driver last snow storm and for the couple of days we were without a mailbox Fray would deliver mail to our front door and ring the doorbell. We appreciated his kindness very much.
Two days ago I had the pleasure of mailing a package through your North Andover office on Main Street.
I was absolutely blown away by the attitude of , I think her name was Sherry ? She was so upbeat, welcoming, engaged in you and lifting up your day. She made my day and I believe all those she comes in contact with.
Sherri is the BEST. She's been at this location for quite some time. A few years back (when my children were much younger) I hauled all of them to deliver some packages. Sherri was so patient with me and even gave the children books to read! She says she keeps a stack to give out to children once in a while...who does that? An angel :) My only wish is that the goodness she gives out to her customers she gets back ten-fold. <3

The website for the North Andover Post Office claims they do Passport Services. I called to verify this and they said they do not. Apparently, Passports are handled at the North Andover Town Hall.
