I live at 103 Kimball ave. #2 Revere,Ma. 02151. We have only been receiving mail once a weak for the past 2 months. Can you help me or can I come pick it up?
Disgusting. I mailed two bill payments to known corporate addresses, using window envelopes, on oct 3, at Revere vfw post office branch. Both came back oct 8, stickered "return to sender, attempted not known, unable to forward." Complaint filed with national postmaster office. No response. Calls to listed number for Broadway Revere main office are not picked up. Beyond arrogant and incompetent. Next stop is Boston media and will investigate filing suit.
I’ve had 3 packages returned to California from 360 Revere Beach Blvd. The address and apartment number were correct is all three cases. Please make an extra effort to deliver them.
I visited the post office on Friday afternoon and there were 5 people in line and only one clerk at the window. Soon there were a dozen people in line. No one from the back came out to assist the teller. This is not customer friendly to say the least. I been to other post offices and the are far better than Reveres. Not to mention there was a terrible odor in the post office like it hadn’t been cleaned in years.
I received a notification that my package was delivered in/at mailbox on 11/18/2021 @5:38pm. I immediately went to the mail box and it was not there. I live in a small condo building (8 units)and I look in everyone's mail and it was not in any mail box. please help the tracking # is 927489027883922079449
I made an appointment to get fingerprinted and took a day off from work. When I arrived, I was treated by two employees as if I were asking for an oil change at a McDonalds. When I mentioned that I had an appointment generated by this specific post office, which provides fingerprinting services Monday thru Friday 9AM to 3PM I was made aware that the employees just didn't want to do it.

I want to know why the mailman has not delivered my mail in two days!
The mailbox area is clearly shoveled out and there isn’t any reason not to deliver it.
I know I have a package that was due to come yesterday!
We saw him through our kitchen window drive around the rotary and not stop at anyone’s house.
It takes over a week to get mail within Revere. I work in revere and the customer are 75% in revere and it takes week or more to get the paper work from our clients. Its absolutely unacceptable.
I have not received mail in a week. I am a bit concerned. I usually recieve a letter around the same time every week. This is not the first time either. My mailbox is clearly labeled as well.
