STOP PUTTING PACKAGES ON THE GROUND AT THE ROAD. The reason for this should be pretty obvious. Tell your carriers to stop being lazy and bring packages onto the porch. It's crazy that this has to even be said... it's always been this way, not sure why packages are all of a sudden being left in the road, but it HAS to stop.

Some days they just don’t deliver. I have gotten attempted delivery notifications saying I wasn’t home and they lied and didn’t even come to my house! If you’re home all day you know of the carrier has come. This is not the first time. They just decide not to deliver. Packages have arrived across town, too. How the heck does that happen when names and addrssses are not remotely similar??

I had a discontinued forwarding address and two packages came after it was discontinued and the post office sent them "somewhere"! The forwarding was not in effect so they didn't go there so now I have no idea where they are nor do they! This is an unacceptable and costly error!!

This place is hardly open and they close when most people can find the time to go. The whole post office usually is closed from 12noon till 2:30. They are only open til 5:30. Must be nice being able to take 3 and a half hour break......
