I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY MAIL SINCE SEPT AND WE ARE IN DEC NOW, ON THE TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I DIDNT GET MY MAIL WITH MY ID'S ON IT... THE FIRST TIME (SEPTEMBER) THE MAIL MEN RETURNED IT BACK AND I HAD TO APPLY AGAIN FOR A RESEND.. I HAVE A MAIL BOX WITH APARTMENT # AND EVERYTHING WHERE YOU CAN PUT MYMAILS WHY YOU HAVE TO RETUUURN IT???? AND NOW IT SAYS DELIVERED BUT NEVER GOT IT. I THINK SOMEONE IS NOT DOING THEIR JOB VERY WELL... THERE'S SOME IMPORTANT DOCUMENT ON IT I HOPE YOU DIDNT PUT IT IN THE WRONG MAIL BOX AGAIN.
Last week I shipped 7 packages overseas, the weather outside was nasty, the line at the P.O. loooong. But the service was perfect: fast, professional, friendly. Said, the Postal Officer, did a great job. Am very happy all went so well. Big Thanks! See you next time!
The lobby times are wrong - they close at 6, not 6:30. Please correct - very aggravating to make the trip just to find out the website had the wrong open times.
Why is my delivery person putting a 14” X 14” package in my 8” X 8” mail box instead of using a package bin which is provided in the mail house??

As far this post office is I never had any problems or issues but what I can not under two things . One of my friends gets his payroll check on monday around 1 pm from his payee and on several occasions it should up a week later delivered to wrong mail box address and 2 times he had to cancel his check in case it was stolen or cashed waiting for money payroll in mail is not a great idea and to wait a week later amd then it magical appears . The second thing how is it possible to mail that belongs to someone else end up in salem I had mail for same address as mine but wrong city it made it way to salem instead of Middleton.

called numerous times to catch a wrong address. was told will have a look out.. called again a few weeks later, still no package. Gentleman very nice told me it would get to me. Still no package, been almosts 3 months, spoke to a Robin, she just wanted me off the phone. Didn't want to take my information, had to basically force her, and even then rushed me off the phone.. Not happy with salem post office.
Today there is a substitute mail carrier. He has been on this route before at Collins cove. He drives the mail truck to each house and stops and puts the mail in the mailbox. He is taking forever. Is there a reason why he can't park the truck and walk? This is not a rural area.
