This is the second time your postal worker who delivers packages on sunday has said my package was delivered and it was not so not only is he a liar but a lazy person in my book not doing his lob my address is 26 Hixson farm rd apt 8 sharon mass please speak to this liar and have him do his job correctly.I AM REALLY PISSED OFF CAUSE I HATE LIARS.
Two bad experiences in one week!! Im not sure of the supervisors name but the man is absolutely ignorant. I ask for information on what to do next since they left my $170.00 package on the porch of wrong apt. not once but twice. I understand the confusion about the first time. I went down there and explained what happened and they let it happen again!!! So now someone is enjoying two of my packages thanks to them!!! Also the supervisor was ignorant to me in person by jut throwing away the information i needed on a piece of paper i asked to have and then the next time i called he hung up on me after being rude to me. The worst customer service i have ever seen from a federal employee!! I know alot about customer service too!!! I would be fired if I pulled that!!
I had a terrible experience with this post office. There is a guy in that post office that has not customer service skills at all. I saw him once saying "I can't help you" to a guys trying to send a package a while ago, without giving him an explanation why he couldn't help him. On December 4th I paid extra to have a package delivered to FL, and it was supposed to arrive in 2 or 3 days. Ten days later the package has not arrived and he refuses to give me my money back, or pay the $50 insurance on my package. I am never going back there, and everyone in Sharon, MA should know that their post office has terrible customer manners.
