Is there a mail delay ? I am having difficulty with payments ai,we from Westborough not being received on time for the past two months. Is there something the public should know?I have never had this problem before. Thank you.
My package been sitting in Westborough location since 12-17-20 it is now 1-11-21 you ever going to deliver it?? It was a Christmas present for 2020 not 2021 or when ever you feel like delivering it!!

I am having major issues with my mail. It doesn't come till after 5PM and I am not getting all of the mail. I keep getting e-mails from people saying they sent me things months ago and I never get them, including credit cards. I don't know if mail is just being misplaced, left at the wrong place or what but I am also getting my neighbors confidential mail with their address on it. It's just been a mess and I am extremely unhappy with this right now. It's frustrating.
Arrived at Westborough PO today one hour before closing. Had 50 envelopes with a few pages in each and needed to have them stamped. Was told I was too late. Apparently this is not a service the PO offers. So the clerk gave me a couple of hundred stamps( in exact amount) and I stamped the envelopes. If a " real " business ran its customer service like that they would be out of business.
