0 stars. Put a hold on mail. Mail resumed, but held mail not delivered. Postal employee told me it was not his problem. I asked how to file a complaint. Gave me a phone number that I tried several times that was not answered and no way to leave a message. Asked postal service employee for his name and he refused to provide identification. He told me that his name did not belong to the postal service. He had a tattoo on his right arm with the word Arie. The behavior was abhorrent. This gentleman had no concern for his job or the customer.

Sent my sister a birthday card. Got it back over 40 days later marked "Undeliverable" and "Unforwardable". The address is clear and complete and absolutely correct. What the hell is going on with this "service" FIRE LOUIS DEJOY!

The post office isn't delivering packages to our front door stoops. So if it doesn't fit in the mailbox, it sits outside until a neighbor sees it and takes it to the person's porch. I picked up my own package out there one day. Today my husband picked up one that was soaked due to rain and put it in the right doorstep. My community bus just 1 of 4 in our development. I see posts all the time by people on our Facebook page saying they found a package with x name & y address and will the person contact them. The post office in needs to train people to do their job right.

A package was delivered here to Annapolis location something like 6 days ago, and has not moved since. This is not up to the level of service that I see from private shipping sources like UPS or FedEx. I have no way of knowing if it was misdirected; my regular post office is Edgewater. This from an order placed on the 21st. The private companies that handled the package were reasonably fast; it is only the USPS that lets a package sit like that for close on a week for no apparent reason. All they need to do is list it as "delayed" and it seems their responsibility ends there (?)
