This office screws my package deliveries up at least once a month always either the driver lying and saying it's delivered or even worse saying it was attempted to be delivered and couldn't and had to be returned what a trash place I wish I could sue them

I have had two Christmas cards where gift cards have been removed from the cards. Each time the envelopes are left open when it’s delivered but you can clearly see it’s been tampered with and the gift cards are removed.

Last week - no mail 2/15/21 Monday / holiday. Got mail delivered Tuesday. No mail delivery Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday. Called Owings Mills Post office at 1-443-394-0137 - Kendra answered call at 10:07 AM passed to Lara at 10:10 AM (supposed delivery supervisor) - she listened to my inquiry complaint, confirmed my address and said "Please hold" 38 minutes and 45 seconds ago. This Owings Mills/ Garrison branch needs an over haul. No mail delivery for 1 week. Ignoring calls and putting them on chronic hold ....allows no other calls to come in and they neglect callers concerns by "terminal ignore hold". Please call and reconcile the non-delivery of our mail for 5 out of 6 days last week. We are a business. Our livelihood is carried through the mail. PLEASE HELP.

My income comes through the mail,I have to constantly watch for the mail,I live on dolfield and garrison any givin week mail just doesn't show up. This has nothing to do with covid. We don't get mail sometimes for days at a time. Before covid started we didn't get mail regularly and when it did come it would be between 6:30 and 7:30 -8 when we would get mail. The employees at Arlington need customer training. They are-the most unhappy employees that deal with public.

This is a business. We rely on daily mail to receive payments from our customers. Sometimes we go DAYS without receiving our mail. I've complained several times about this but nothing ever changes. Our regular mail carrier (who was wonderful and delivered our mail in a very timely manner) took a different position with the post office. We realllllly miss her!

Hate to complain and leave a bad review but this is the worst post office ever! Sometimes we can go days without mail and then my box will be filled like I've been on vacation. Packages are usually not delivered and I do not receive a tracking notice the only reason that I know that it hasn't been delivered is that I see online that there was quote on quote an attempt made. I always have to go to the post office to get my packages. Going to the post office means standing for 20 minutes in line well the rude employees stand behind bulletproof glass taking forever to process people's service requests. It's a nightmare and I would really love to see the place bulldozed to the ground and have a new post office built that is nothing like the one that stands there now. That one positive thing to say! I dread going there when I need to as much as I dread going to the DMV.

I receive my income on the first of the month and therefore I faithfully pay all of my bills at that time INSIDE the Arlington branch office. However, at least twice a year either my telephone, BGE, or cable monthly payment does not reach its destination! AND THEY HAVE NEVER BEEN RETURN AS LOST MAIL. THIS INFURIATES ME! Why? Because I cannot trace the culprit AND it causes me late fees. In addition, did you know that BGE and Telephone bills are considered on credit reports!!! My purpose for bringing them into the branch is to protect and insure timely payment. Consider this USPS, if I along with thousands of others decided to make online payments for everything, YOU WOULD NOT HAVE A JOB!!! I have purposely decided not to make online payments for that reason plus I have quite a few friend that work for the USPS. However, I am beginning to rethink this decision as somebody else will continue using a service "we have grown accustom to." What happened to the motto "NOTHING STOPS THE MAIL?"

I am very disappointed with the service that we receive in this area. Some days I get mail for my neighbor next door. Sometimes there's no mail at all especially when I am expect something very important. On today, I received mail that my neighbor, ten houses down the street had put in her mail box to be mailed but I got it in my mail box. What is wrong with this system? Is this what we should expect from the postal service for our area?
