Birthday cards sent to this post office from succasunna nj ,scotch plains nj , parsippany nj on sept 23 My daughter on 9/13 still had not received ANY OF THEM!! I sent a second card 3 days lafter the first one i sent because this happened before. she never received the second one either. I believe someone in your office is stealing cards. I sent her a regular envelope with a letter the same day as the first birthday card and she received that in 8 days I believe someone in your office is stealing cards! I expect a reply from the postmaster!!
Incompetent staff. I was sending an international mailing, and she was obviously confused. I needed a small piece of tape and she refused. Another customer in back offered it to me. Clerk looked annoyed and displayed an attitude. Avoiding this PO.

There has been no mail in the box for over 3 weeks. Normally we will receive at least "junk mail" several days a week. Is there a problem for our box?

A package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday has still not been delivered. There has been no mail delivered to my area in two days. This has occurred far too many times to be acceptable! Do your jobs guys!
Workers were not wearing masks today when I went in. This defies safety recommendations for preventing transmission to other staff and also anyone in the same indoor space. Wanting to support USPS right now but this makes me much less likely to return.
I ordered a small stuffed cow from the Ukraine the package made it from the Ukraine through New York City was sent to Baltimore and then to the Hampden Post Office and they can't deliver it because as they say Delivery Attempted - No Access to Delivery Location I live in a town house with a porch and a mailbox. Where did they try to deliver it? Funny UPS, Amazon, FedX, etc. seems to be able to deliver to my not so accessible delivery location. I have been waiting for this package for a month.
Today, a Saturday, I received no mail addressed to my own address but instead got an entire bundle of mail that was not mine, including very important bills and notices. My address number and the number the mail person delivered are not even close, in other words, the mixup is inexcusable. My regular mail woman is wonderful and never makes mistakes. However, the people who work when she's off are terrible--constantly delivering to the wrong address, and pushing outgoing mail I've left in my slot back into my house. Scarily careless. Today I'm wondering who got my mail, and if they will bother to get it back to the post office or re-route it to me. And I wonder--how much mail that was mine never made it to my house.
My mail carrier is so useless she won't put mail in box. She is rude. She also delivers a lot of mail that belongs to others - including mortgage bills and water bills. She won't take them when put out so I drive around delivering mail.
I have never had a pleasant person when I go to the post office. Always rude and treat people like they are bothering them.
I wish to heavens I didn't ever have to deal with them again.
