Where is my mail? Originator mailed it on 4/27. I need my document! This is unacceptable! I paid extra to get this document and 6 weeks later it is not here!

Virtually 60% of my bills that I mailed at the Northwood Post Office have not reached their intended destination yet, and all of the bills are now are in a past due status. I realize that we are operating in a pandemic due to the Covid virus, but the same thing occurred back in December 2019 when we were not in a pandemic. I highly recommend paying all of your bills online during the month of December going forward. The USPS is just not reliable during the month of December with the volume of mail that the post office receives and has to process in December.
