The service at this location is probably the best I have seen at any postal facility in recent years.
I also have to give a shout out to our carrier Aria, who is amazing. She makes sure the mail is sorted well, and secure, when she delivers it. Likewise she is also a very personable, friendly lady who represents the Postal Service very well with us, her customers.
I placed a letter in the mailbox yesterday going to Gary Roberts, John Hughes-St Mary’s , Antigu. Is it possible to have that piece of mail returned to me?

Sir/Madam: My name is Andrea I work at Holy Cross Dialysis- Woodmore 11721 Woodmore Rd, Ste#190. The carrier today 09/17 parked her vehicle at the front entrance of the office building. Where the patients load and unload. I ask her in the future could she please park her vehicle on the opposite side of the entrance. She very rudly said " She needs that in writing!", I explained to her that the patient load up in there vehicle at this location if you are parked and inside the building the patient family or Metro Access have to wait until she come back. For the convenience and safety of all patients we ask everyone to please do not leave you vehicles park in front of the building and come in. It's unsafe for our patient. So could someone please explain this to this young lady. Thank you in advance , Andrea Lavallias

Why doesn’t the post office at Pointer Ridge ever answer their phone? They are closed when I leave for and return home from work. Now I have to go go there for a minor problem.
