Postal Locations

The old location had lots and lots of parking. Parking at the new location is HORRIBLE. Customers have to maneuver into the parking garage or hope that one of the few (about 5) slots outside the door are available. I hate going here now.

Did not receive good customer service at the 10500 Little Patuxent office on 9-2-20 in the early afternoon. A young man working there had his mask pulled down under his nose while he was waiting on customers. He left his counter post and left me standing without assistance for about 5 minutes. When he came back he was quick to tell me to go to another post office for assistance with a money order. I left feeling disappointed and like the customer service was not what I usually received at this office.
