Postal Locations

I reside in VA and a significant number of my smaller orders for Amazon seem to come through this partner/shipping location. Nearly each time I've had the same few experiences. A - Package is delayed in transit. It will never arrive. B - Package is delayed in transit. It arrives, weeks later, by which point I've already requested a replacement or refund for my wasted time. C - Package arrives on time, but if the order contains more than one item. The rest of the items will be missing. Rather frustrating experiences through and through. I've never had this happen in any of the other states I've lived in.

No mail today

I have received 20 delivery notifications from USPS concerning one package that has yet to be delivered. It was sent via 2day priority guarantee. The address and zip code are correct. The package has been sent and rerouted to the Dundalk post office many times. The name of my street is similar to a street in Dundalk; however, the name and zip code on the package indicate PIKESVILLE, Maryland. Obviously no human post office employee has taken the time to read the mailing label. This package is extremely important to me. What do you suggest I do? A similar situation occurred recently. It took two weeks for a two day priority package to be delivered. What is the purpose of zip codes if no employee bothers to look at them?

I literally just stood on my steps and watched my mail delivery woman get in her truck make a u-turn and leave without picking up my very important piece of mail. Its in A bright envelope sticking out of my mailbox!!!!!!! She does this All the TIME!!!!! SHE SMOKES CIGARETTES in the mail truck also!!!!! Why does she STILL have a job??????

This whole not getting mail is bs cause I have important stuff that I need and I’m not reciveing it this is the worst when other ppl are getting there mail everyday

I have not received mail in a week. I get paid by check. This is Horrible!!! What is going on?!!

We went months with only receiving mail once a week and now 3 weeks with NOTHING. I own my business and recieve maymsnts via USPS I CAN NOT go weeks without income! How can I get my hands on my mail??? I've been alerted 12 checks have been paid and mailed AND I haven't recieved anything! Can ai stop in person and pick up my mail??!! PLEASE HELP!

Just like stated in all the rest of the complaints i have not been receiving mail but once a week if lucky. Had a package that never got scanned in at this location then put in a complaint so they sent it back without even trying to deliver. It was a first class package which they are supposed to hold for 15 days . Horribly ran location

I've been sitting here waiting for a package to be delivered. The post Office claimed they attempted to deliver 7/18/2021 at 11:36 am... nothing but BS. I checked my tracking number at 11:45 am and it says could not enter to make delivery, BS I sit right next to my front door and no one tried to make a delivery. Is this another package that gets stolen????

I don’t know what is going on with the Dundalk Post Office! I haven’t received mail in over a month! I have Informed Delivery so I know that my Mail has been scanned and sitting there for weeks! I have very important mail that has not been delivered! This is UNACCEPTABLE and action needs to be taken! They were blaming it on the pandemic but what’s the excuse now? All other post offices are up and running. A lot of people depend on the USPS! Action on this issue needs to be addressed and that’s my next step!!!

This post office sucks they get paid to do nothing. I have not received mail in over a month and I have informed delivery so I know should of gotten mail and marked as not received and still nothing. They try to say they delivered my package but didn't I had someone sitting at my house waiting all day and they be lying stealing. I have been waiting on government mail for my nursing licences and still not here when was suppose be here beginning of this month. And the employees/managers say will call you back and never do all worthless.

Why am I not getting mail. Have at least 25 envelopes that have not been delivered since 6/5

Haven’t received mail in a week. This is ridiculous. I have informed delivery and I supposed to have gotten mail. However I did not. The mail person that we have drives thru the block and that’s it. Bout time I get to see him, he pulls off. The last mail carrier said he couldn’t delivery because of a pet. I do not have any pets. They be lying. I’m so done with this state. It’s horrible. I been waiting for government mail that should have came last Wednesday and I also put on my informed delivery that I didn’t receive and still no response. I have asked my neighbors have they been receiving mail as well. No mail is being delivered. Period!

Went to the post office today to pick up a package that was delivered there 4 days ago . After waiting 45 minutes girl goes back finds it but I can’t get it because it was not scanned yet . Man tells me it will be another week before it gets scanned . Really ? No one can pick ups scanner and scan it . They all need fired at that post office . Poor service and lazy workers . They are all using Covaid as an excuse. Why is Hogan not stepping in ?

I have been expecting a legal size brown envelope of legal papers for over 3 weeks. They were sent first class and I have not gotten them yet. I went to the post office today to have a clerk check and after 3 minutes away from her desk she came back and said there was nothing. I know from working there years ago there is NO WAY she went through the mail at my address that fast. I pray it was not delivered else where because it contain very confidential information.

I get notices in my email daily as to what mail I should be expecting for that particular day. I have been expecting mail all week yet no one‘s delivering it to my address on Dunhaven. I thought there was an investigation going on about this matter of mail not being delivered??? If there is the matter doesn’t seem to be getting resolved. If anything it’s getting worse!

Why isn't the state doing anything about this? They just pay lip-service. It's positively disgusting. We're at their mercy. Having said that there are a few that treat it like the job that it is and by the way for those of you who don't know, immediate supervisors make 75.00 an hour, experienced mail carriers make 25.00 an hour. Some of the people at our local post office in Dundalk need to be replaced, some are old enough that they should be retiring soon... 😜

the total staff from Managers, office attendants & carriers should be replaced. My one time going to the post office, the manager was rude, argumentative, and arrogant asking her name with my intent to report her she refused to give it to me, They never answer the phone,I have had to file a claim 4-5 times,from not picking up confirmed pk ups, leaving packages on the counters rather than in the locked bins.I have had 3 items stolen, The mail is often put in the wrong box, all the residents have complained but say they still do it. Prior to Covid, they left a box 4ft wide and 3 ft long 25lb in weight down in the lobby, the carrier told a resident to let me know it's down there she didn't have time to wait or bring up to be no doubt she brought it in with a dolly. I was told they did not bring packages to the apartments. I moved here in 2016 at that time we had a wonderful carrier efficient, considerate & friendly.I mentioned my experience at the PO,I commented that I sensed the staff I dealt with was obviously prejudiced towards me, the carrier said "she had heard that " My apartment building is 63 and over, most of the residence are handicapped & with an unbalanced mind, leaving packages and mail exposed in the mailroom is not safe. I cannot say anything positive concerning this Postal Service

I have a problem my mail person makes no attempt of putting my mail in the box. I work all day and half the time by the time I get the mail its blown all over the place. I was away for the weekend and found my car registration renewal on the side of my house. I live at 1930 Codd Avenue will someone please ask my mail person to attempt to put it in the box in the future.

Terrinle,terrible,terrible. I have not received any mail for over 5 days . This has been ongoing forever. I have to depend on my meds being delivered through the USPS. Now you want to increase prices for this type of service? Really!!!! Pandemic or not there is no excuse for this type of nonsense from the USPS. Bring me my mail on time and then talk to me about more money.

This is the fifth day of no mail to Merritt Blvd. I have not even seen a mail truck. What is going on? I should not have to call all of my credit cards to see what I owe. This is not fair??? If this is political shame on you!!

Well , I’ve been waiting on my license to come in the mail. It’s the 3rd week . I have only gotten mail once this week. A week from now will be a month . My temporary license will be expired. I live in the Berkshire area .

On the 4th day we finally received mail. Postal people need watch what they are talking about on their cell phones. People have security cameras. Also you open a gate close the gates on the way out please.

Been 4-5 NO mail for Holborn Rd 21222. We see a mail truck dropping off packages but no one getting mail. Where is our mail ???? We normally get bills, advertisements, etc... The other day I received a Christmas card dated Dec. 8th.

We have not received mail in almost two weeks! I thought I had to be going crazy, so we checked our cameras and we weren’t. A mail truck never even entered our neighborhood, let alone a mail carrier. What happened to getting mail everyday?? What is going on. We are well pass Christmas this is just not acceptable.

The Dundalk Post Office is the worst office ever. You call and they never pick up. They have mail carriers that can't read the address on mail or packages. Always to the wrong address.

I would like to know what is going on with your Postal Office... today is Thursday, 7-16-20 and I have had mail sitting in my mailbox waiting to be picked up since Monday 7-13-20 ... Why is this? Are they not supposed to take your mail when you have the Red Flag Up on your Mail Box???

We usually get our mail around 4:00 every afternoon. I have had a red flag up yesterday and today and we have not gotten any mail. Even if we did not get mail, the mail person would take the mail in the mail box to go, and put the red flag down. Is everything ok at the Post Office?

March 30 - which was last Monday - is the last time we got mail. It’s been a week. You think you could send the mail truck down Grays Road. Important papers coming and I need them.

I moved in to 1924 Holborn Road Baltimore Maryland 21222. I moved in two weeks ago and have never received any of my mail due to the mail carrier deciding not to deliver mail to this address because he did not know someone was living here. I was waiting for some very important documents to be signed and notarized. It is now been a week and I still haven't received my mail. Went to the post office today to find out what was going on and was told my mail had been stopped and sent back to sender. Now I will be charged a late fee for not having my paperwork in on time. On Monday, May 22,2017 an international package from Rome, Italy was processed through this post office. The zip code was apparently not quite legible. I live in zip 21214 (Hamilton) and it was read as 21219 (Dundalk) and was therefore deemed undeliverable. With no checking whatsoever the package was then processed as a return to sender item. How hard would it be to look up my street which was on the package? I think this is preposterous. Now the package has to go all the way back to Rome and then I will probably have to pay again to have it re-shipped to Baltimore. It will go DHL world this time no thanks to you. Next time, please check the street before you send it back.
