Postal worker went the extra mile
One of our delivery postmen delivered our package to the wrong address, although I received notice that it was delivered to our address. When I call the PO about it, they were very courteous and said they would track it down. He called me to tell me that they found it and would have someone retrieve it, and leave it at our address. Wow, what great customer service! And they did as they said they would, and I have my package! I just wish I knew the name of the man who helped me. But he was outstanding! We need more like him!!!

I am not sure if we have a new delivery person or not? We live on Turkey Creek Road. Yesterday we received no mail for us, but we received 15 pieces of mail for a person on Fox Road, 1 piece for a person on Matthewstown Road and 3 pieces of our neighbors on the same road. We place in all I’m a plastic bag with a note that none of the mail was ours. I sure hope whoever got our mail will do the same.

I received a notice late last night that a package was delivered in our mailbox. Husband goes down there this morning and my package was laying on top of all 3 mailboxes. Thank goodness he went this morning n thank goodness it hadn't rained or snowed. I don't know what's wrong with this layperson but it's like the 5th time it's been outside our mailbox. Last time one was just thrown in the ditch, lasting beside mailbox etc etc. I had enough when it was thrown in the ditch. The USPS had spoken to them but something didn't sink in. We all have to go thru the mail to separate into other mailboxes. It seems like at least once a week we get everyone's mail n distribute ourselves which is another pain.
This morning our mail was a bit wet inside the mailbox but my package was soaked from being left on top of mailboxes. Please have a long talk with this person n explain where our mail goes. I just hope this gift to my granddaughter hasn't been damaged or warped. It feels like something is off about it. I won't know until Christmas when my granddaughter opens it.
Please straighten this person out.

H frustrated
Our neighbors moved in August 2020 they requested their mail to be forwarded. The first three months we called them to come pickup their mail. The last three months we have been placing notes and writing on the envelope forward to and their new address. It has come back four times, is Easton Post Office that incompetent. When looking online to register a complaint you have to call or email the local post office. No email address listed and they don’t answer the phone. We used to have a great post office but it has gone down hill particularly the last 4 years. It needs a complete shake up.

There is a small package from Etrailer sitting in the Easton USPS office for over 2 weeks. It was delivered by UPS to Easton USPS and needs to be delivered to 211 Perrys Corner Rd, Grasonville, MD 21638. I have tried calling the Easton USPS but no one answers. Can someone call me back at 443-926-1418? I will he happy to come pick them up. This is frustrating as I placed the order on 6/5/2020 and according to the tracking, it’s in Easton USPS since 6/14/2020.

Don't know who the postman was on 2/2/2019 but my package had instructions to deliver to my front door/porch. I looked for the package because the tracking number said it was delivered however, it was delivered to the postal box. A package that had $60 worth of supplement capsules delivered to a postal box in 20+/- degree weather. I live in Hyde Park Community and I don't expect the postman to ignore instructions for delivery of a package that I paid almost $60 to receive. This is not the first time that we've had problems with our postman on Saturday or whenever we have a substitute for our regular postman. A couple of weeks ago, we received mail for 3 different addresses in our community. I had to deliver it myself and received no thanks whatsoever from one person I delivered to. Will not do that again, I will just write not at 10 Curzon Court and put back into box. Please address this situation, this cannot keep happening.
