THE WORST! My package wasn’t delivered because the box is too big for my mailbox and they REFUSE to go up to my door. On top of that they say I now owe them money for postage for a mistake that wasn’t mine, for a package I DIDN’T order family did. The supervisor was rude and threatened to send my package back to the sender, after I said I would pay. You can’t send packages back because you don’t like the way I will be messaging coorporate about this as well.

I had the same experience as John Chiaro. Chase never received my credit card payment that I mailed mid December. They froze my account and I had to pay to put a stop payment on the check. Very frustrating. I now try to mail most of my bills from other county post offices.

Why aren't my bills being sent out for delivery? I mailed bills to BGE, Verizon and Chase bank on 14 December 2020. None of these institutions have received my payment to date. I just received my January BGE bill with a late payment charge. What happened to my bills I sent out for delivery? I will also need to cancel checks at a cost. PLEASE RESPOND.

I requested that mail be forwarded from one address to another and the post office could not get this correct. I was not getting any mail. I then requested that the mail be put on hold and the mail was still being delivered to the incorrect address. It is April 2020 and this has been going on since Oct 2019. Yesterday, the SUPERVISOR at the post office started a confrontation with me so mean that I had to leave the post office. This is soooooo unacceptable. I asked for the Post Masters name of that branch and was told that she was on extended leave. They would not give me a name of a person I could complain to.

So the Edgewater Post Office pretty much sucks in the passport dept. I had to go in to the PO to MAKE an appointment to turn in paperwork for my passport. I need to change that appointment, and SINCE NO ONE IS ANSWERING THE PHONE DURING THE REGULAR HOURS, I will have to go BACK to the PO to make a NEW appointment, only to have to go BACK YET AGAIN for the actual appointment. This is not customer service, folks.
