I’ve used the finksberg post office many times and the people there have always been very nice snd professional and helpful. Reisterstown no, they are awful, but never a problem at Finksberg.

They are the most miserable human beings. I would like to talk to the supervisor of the nasty lady who works there. When I asked for a higher up, she claimed she was. That wretched woman lost my package and is in denial of it. Due to her far from charming attitude and the way I was treated others walked out also. This is not over.

Could the people who work at the Finskburg, MD post office branch be any more miserable? They are nasty and unpleasant all of the time. Today, I was the only customer in the post office and the Postal Employee was nasty and acted like I was an inconvenience. She had a horrible attitude. Does she realize she wouldn't have a job if there were no customers?

Called Post Office and after one hour and 5 calls they finally answered. They said package will be there tomorrow.Went to pick up package- no package until after noon.Couldn't they tell me that when I called? I repeated to them -tomorrow? Another waisted trip and more gas to pollute. Job well done
