They never answer the phone when you call even if you keep calling for hours. Who ever isn't answering the phone should be fired immediately. I still need to speak with someone on the phone from my local post office to resolve my issue that your terrible AI hot line can't assist me with.

I live on Crows Foot Dr., 21901-2204. I'm retired teacher. I want the post master to know my usual carrier, Kieth is the best! Always upbeat, friendly, calls me by name, polite, brings packages to my door, ... I couldn't ask for a better, nicer person to deal with. :)

Just a note to say how much we appreciate our mail lady. She is so nice and always delivers our mail and packages with respect to our mail and property. This is a comment because of a postal video on Facebook that was up in Claymont, Delaware area. Our postal service in no way delivers our things in that fashion.
