Twice have had check payments placed in the outdoor drive up drop off box that never arrived to the recipient, and soon after fraud checks were cashed against my account. The fake checks were exact copy of my real checks. Had to wait two months to have my funds restored. Someone is fishing mail out of those boxes so be careful not to mail anything like a check. Go inside the lobby to drop off your mail if security is a concern.
Last year and about 2 months ago , My daughter and I both have had our capital one credit cards stolen before arriving to us. They were both activated by the thief and used in new jersey. We put in complaints with the postmaster and never have received any responses. Someone at USPS is continuing to steal credit cards.
I have not been receiving important mail like my mortgage etc.i don't know what the post master is doing but he or she needs to earn that crazy salary and find out where all the mail is. You don't have to pay the penalties for late payments. Please do your job.

I have called the Owings Mills, MD post office on the published number several times because I have an issue with the parcel locker on my community mailbox. Each time I get a recorded message about operating hours and other things, It then says that the call cannot be transferred and the line goes dead.

I have watched for packages that I was anxious to get from my porch have seen the mail truck drive right past my home and then in a few minutes the tracking updates to say an attempt was made to deliver. You can't phone this branch because they changed the number about 5 years ago and won't give the new number out (per one of the clerks). I got it once by calling Pikesville branch but now their number does not work right either. So go there the next day, wait in line an hour or so to be told it's out for re delivery only to have the same thing happen again. This happens every few months and I've decided I will only use online merchants who use USP or FedEx and never have anything sent by USPS again. And BTW, I totally agree about the bad attitude of the workers there.
On 12-10-2020 I had 3 packages Priority Mail 2- Day to Philadelphia, PA
19144 the address is 156 East Duval Street the delivery date was 12142020 and only one package has been delivered. My question is where is the other packages? I did the Priority Mail so it would be there on Monday! It's 2 days late and no one will answer the phone at the post office 800 number of the local office at Red Fun Blvd and I'm just following the instructions given to me. This is insane to have to go through this and the pre cost over $600.00 in Christmas and Birthday gifts especially when the packages was just from Baltimore. I also hope that the items have not been damaged while they are traveling all over the place. Please contact me with the location and the delivery time please. What was the purpose of paying the extra money for a 2 day delivery!!!!!
My daughter brought a package to the Owings Mills post office on Friday, October 23, 2020. Tracking Number: CJ181897742US. Today is October 28,2020 and this package has not yet been scanned or sent to it's next location. For whatever reason the postal carrier did not pick up the package on 10/21 or 10/22, which is why the package was taken to the post office and left with the person at the counter. There is no excuse for it to take over 5 days for a package to be scanned and sent to the next location.
I made an appointment at your Dolfield location for today 5/20. When I arrived for my appointment I was informed that the person that does passports did not come in. I was then told that I could go to owings Mills because they do walk ins. I called the owings Mills location and the recording stated that an appointment was not necessary for passports. I arrived at the owings Mills location and was informed that they are appointment only. This is very frustrating and very poor customer service on the part of the USPS and customer service at the dolfield and owings Mills red run locations. I am very unhappy. I took time off from work wasted time and gas and got nothing accomplished.
I have been trying to contact your office regarding mail ( 2 insurance cards) in a small Manila envelope. I didn’t send it certified so I don’t have a tracking number. However I have continually dial the contact number to no avail! Is there another way to reach you local office
They need to hire new staff in this post office because they have nothing but attitude is very racist against people of different skin tones and different Ethnicities and gender this is the most horrible post office they give you an attitude when you asked them a question they give you an attitude when you’re paying to send something out they give you an attitude for any little reason I hate this post office no wonder they don’t get paid what they’re asking for because their customer service is in this post office is the worst when I tried to send a letter with tracking they’re going to fraudulent tell me that I have to pay more money for it when the one 800 number told me that if I have a shipping label and I pay for the stamps that the tracking Is included in the letter for I can know if it got to us destinations it’s ridiculous that there’s a bunch of lying people in the post office
This post office is the worst. EVERY time my full time postal carrier is not on my route my shipments NEVER get picked up. Of course according to the email confirmation they picked up but yet my packages are still sitting here. I call the post office to inquire if they are coming back and am giving a hard time on where my product was or wasn't. It is utterly ridiculous. I am SOOOO disgusted with them.
I have had the pleasure of having Crystal deliver our mail for years, She is the loveliest person! She makes sure to say hello and inquire about the family. Just last week I had to attend a funeral for a dear friend who is also in my neighborhood.To my surprise she sat right behind me at the funeral. She was upset like all the other mourners. She went out of her way to attend. The family and myself were blown away by her attendance. She really needs to be recognized for her exceptional manner.She is a true GEM!
I watched Postal employee throw my box onto my steps not knowing if fragile/glass was inside. Also, she drove Jeep over grass ruining the lawn and tracking dirt and mud on my concrete driveway. She could have easily drove up the driveway instead of destroying my lawn.....is she going to purchase topsoil and grass seed? I'm very unhappy and disappointed in her lack of caring for the Customer!
I have been in the area for 10 yrs, 5 years earlier services at this location were great, services have gone done in the past five years. Mostly for the past one year, my mails are not delivered or delivered to my neighbors. Last year, my son's postpost was lost and this delaid his traval plan. I have not been receiving my bills on time. Today I was called to redirect my mailing information because my mails have been return. I have called the office and the line is busy. This a security concern, and something need to be done and done so fast.Thank you.
I spoke to the manager at this post office, and he was very rude, and very uninformative! I simply asked whether my mail could be held for an additional period of one week, and he literally could not tell me the process of having the mail held, or the procedure for having mail forwarded through the new forwarding system where you pay an amount, and all mail in your name is forwarded to you. Honestly, what the heck are we paying for! I had to remind him that in the past I have requested that mail be forwarded to my new address and the mail was actually sent to the old address several times, which of course he blamed it on the carrier. Iam completely numb!
I agree with your assessment. The customer service at this branch is absolutely terrible. The employees are quite rude and not helpful at all. As is expected with a government agency I suppose...
