Somehow a package was delivered to an address not used to order the package, no similar house number or road. When asked this post office said the package had been delivered to the address and gave us a paper and said this has been happening a lot. I demand answers and this to be looked into not only by the investigator we’ve involved but by the Parkton post office itself.

post office run by people not robots—thank goodness and the humans at my post office are friendly helpful and easy to do business with and i am friendly and grateful—a package deal so to speak

Incredibly dissatisfied with the USPS on S Wolfe Street. I showed up at 2 pm ( they close at 2) and the door was already locked and they would not allow me to drop off a package that already had postage on it and just needed to be mailed. Will NOT be using them again.
