I called the post office for information about certified mail and the post office employee didn’t speak very good English. It was a frustrating experience. I asked her to put someone on that spoke English and the issue was resolved when the person who spoke English helped me.

He is polite, reliable, always delivers the mail at the same time each day, places the packages between the doors and rings the bell. Dear Postal Supervisor. Whoever does the route for my mail carrier when he's off is always very late with the delivery. Yesterday, 11/12/2019, my mail was not delivered until after 6:00 PM! With the regular guy, it's always by 11:15 AM or earlier. This is not the first time. I understand he will be out a few days next week, so, the person who takes his route better be on warning!
