I mailed a card containing a $100 gift card to my granddaughter Faiza Perry at
3858 Sykesville Road several days ago and she still has not received it. Would you check into it please.
This post office NEVER answers the phone.
I rate them poor at handling my mail which on several occasions gets "hung up" for days at the local PO.
My mail was mis-directed more than 10 times last year.
Also on several occasions, as I am watching the mail box from my office I have had notices left that state I need to pick something up because I was not home!
Awful, just awful...410 795 0350 Sykesville called...phone rang for 5 minutes followed by a busy signal...then called 800 number...they couldn’t get my name correct...now am waiting 305 minutes for their promised call-back...trying to get a hold on my home delivery...just terrible system...they oughttobeashamed
Firstly, they do not tKe you at your scheduled passport appointment time, take subpar passport photos, then leave the phone off the hook when you call them to reschedule an appointment for another photo! Do. Not. Use!!!!!!!!
The man whom I spoke with was rude, and randomly snickered and said thank you and then hung up on me, when my issue was still not resolved. I would call back and inform him that his behavior is unacceptable, BUT I am at work and need to act professionally.
