Hi there, the mail girl ( Ms. Tatiana ) who delivers @ Marbury Plaza High Rise Complex left her gloves last week & I have had them since the past weekend. I'm @ 2316 Good Hope Rd SE # 204 Washington, DC. 20020 My # is 771.200.6010 Plz inform her & have her 2 stop by bcuz I haven't seen a mail carrier since last week. Horrible and rude. Been waiting for months for mail. When we do get it, it's late . Call and get put on hold then they hang up on you after you've been waiting for hours.

To it may concern: I'm very tried of trying to call the post office talking yo a machine that can't help me. On 11/21/20 at 3:15 the mail carry delivered a package to me . at 7;00 he picked it up off my porch. Now I want my packages. How is it that your phones have been off the hook since April 28, 2020. I have not received mail since April 8th and I have informed delivery that tells me what I should be receiving and I have yet to receive anything it is now May 15 and you guys are very unprofessional

You are right Ms Grant and the rest of the staff are extremely unprofessional. Mr Jones I believe is trying to not get involved, but it is he who is responsible.

I spoke with a very rude Ms. Grant in the 3719 Branch Avenue Temple Hills,MD 20785. When I was making a maintenance request at the service address on my property. Ms. Grant told me to call whomever I wanted to she did not care. Ms. Grant is very unprofessional and does not need to be answering the phone. Thank you.
