I ordered something from Ebay. Item was shipped out March 24 arrived at one of the Hyattsville facilities om March 27. Up to this date April 18 still have not received the package. I have fled several cases and now USPS has closed my case. What a disappointment
I had a package delivered on Tuesday and the carrier left the box in the drive way. When leaving the house I got in my car and proceeded to back-up out of the drive way. Unfortunately, I ran over my package and some of the items were distroyed. Spoke to the Carrier Supervisor and I was told that the carriers can leave packages in the drive way and presented several explanations as to why. None of here scenarios made any sense, but we are going to continue to disagree. Why would anyone leave a package in the drive-way where it can be damaged. I filled one complaint on line on 10/03/2020 regarding another situation and still waiting for a response. I am very disappointed with the USPS.
Sincere thanks to Ms. TGrant and employee ( you service my area) for extending time and effort to find my lost package (at a time when i had given up.). My door bell rang shortly before 4:30pm and i was surprised to see my delivery person returning to her vehicle after having drop a package on my porch...not expecting it to be the item we had been in conversation about. I hope this entry will suffice the closing of my inquiry and acknowledge my utmost appreciation.
Your employees are rude and disrespectful
With special attention given to the pregnant lady who informed me the package was sent back that morning because I told the carrier I didn't want any mail
I was told my package was returned then went home called your customer service line was told the package was at your location
Spoke with the manager/supervisor she informed me it was still with the carrier and he would probably won't be back until around 5pm this is at 3:28 pm
I told the manager I would wait at 4:52 pm the manager told me the package was sent back.
I am a customer and the pregnant lady did not have to talk to me the way she did just mean for no reason

I am sending this review from Miami Gardens, Florida. My daughter-in-law left her drivers license here in Miami Gardens, so I had to priority overnight express mail on Friday (8/9/19) to be delivered on Saturday (8/10/19) before 12 noon., so she can have identification to board her flight to return home on Monday (8/12/19). I called the 800 number and they gave me the direct number to the Largo Post Office, I called them and spoke to an employee who identified herself as Ms. Smith, I informed her that my daughter in law had not received the overnight express package yet, she contacted the postman and he went back to the designated address that the package was sent too and gave it to my daughter in law. I was very grateful to Ms. Smith for making that call. Her services and overall attitude was impeccable. An employee like her is very valuable to the usps. Thank you again to Ms. Smith at the Largo Post Office located at 9801 Apollo Drive, Upper Marlboro, Maryland 20774.
Went to post office in Upper Maboro and the Supervisor Nichelle was very unprofessional and rude. The 2 postal workers that were at the front desk was very very helpful, nice and courteous. I was trying to find a package that fed ex said that was available for pick up at this location. I was in there for at least 20 min before a supervisor (Nichelle) was called. There was a gentleman in front of me who was awaiting service as well. Nichelle came from the back and totally gave this gentlemen a discurteous amount of service. When she finished with him (I'm standing in line behind the gentleman). She simply left the counter. Never acknowledging me or anything. The postal gentleman said to her "You have another customer waiting) she never acknowledge him. I waited 5 min before asking the gentleman could he call her up to the front because I needed to pick up my children. I was already in there for 30min. He went in the back to get her but she refused to come back up the front to help me and left
I was heated. She is a Supervisor! Wow! I had to go back up there today because the issue was not resolved yesterday. Nichelle was there again today....only I didn't choose to deal with her being that it was another lady who was waiting for her and she never came up front to talk to that lady. Today I spent 25min in there. Thank goodness the nice postal gentleman who was waiting on me finally found my package. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! EXCEPT FOR NICHELLE. Very disrespectful and needs CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING.
I'm in Steeplechase Apt. and we have the Luxer One lockers for receipt of packages. My package transferred to you by Fed Exp. - tracking #9261292700281278768739. Tracking my order indicated delivery by 9/23/17. Checking status indicated delivery at 2:11 pm Sat 9/23/2017. This package is of value to me. Where is my package? It wasn't at my door and haven't received notice from Luxer that a package was delivered. Where did the Postman delivery my package???
I have a serious problems getting my mail at my residence. This is the second time my mail has been stop without prior notice. I am receiving mail of old folks mail in my box clogging my box. I reported this problem on Thursday June 2 2017. I am a disabled senior citizen I need help getting my mail. I returned today and found mail again belonging to Hal Henderson and none for me. What is the problem?
