Not happy. Have been waiting on official mail that requires signature for multiple months. Called the sender and was informed it needed signature. Which tells me that my mail carrier is too lazy to bring it to my residence ( which is a business and has reception) I’ve had this mail sent 3 times and was informed it was sent back all three times. Do your job. ***Rain hail sleet or snow, just don’t make me leave my truck to deliver important mail.***

We have lived here about 3 weeks now and I have informed mail delivery set up. We never get the mail we are supposed to be and today we get someone else's mail for an entirely different address not even on Jim Grant road

Od like to know why the postal driver won’t deliver a package that won’t fit in my mailbox. I’ve called and gotten several excuses anything from they are understaffed to address is undeliverable ( meaning they can’t find the house) even though the house is marked with big numbers visible from the mailbox directly across the street. Also would like to know why I get everyone else’s mail (still) even with a sticker inside the mailbox, per the carriers request after several calls for this, with names of whom I’d like to receive mail for. Honestly this is the worst mail service I’ve gotten in the 8 years I’ve lived here.

I would be happy if my pay check was delivered directly to my box and I didn't have to drive to Fall Rd. to track down the postal truck to receive it. Katie is fantastic though and never had an issue when she is driving.

We live on chick rd in Lebanon. Want to know why our mail is not delivered until between 5 and 6 P.M. at night. We used to receive it between noon and 3 P.M. everyday. We understand some days it may run late, but for the past month it's been well after dark before it arrives. Thank you.

Kathy, I live down the street from you and I have noticed the same thing. I think we actually have a new carrier.
